My steps stop being tracked, like a freeze, yet everything else works like heart rate and other features. Only steps stop, rebooting, long restart helps, but the problem persists

Hi @MizNika If the Long Restart only fixes it temorarily then you probably need to contact Support.

I did, and they are sending a replacement. Here's the full version, I bought my first Charge 3 about 7 months ago, and step count was freezing and I was missing my active hours. Thinking I did something to break or damage it, I bought a new one 5 days ago. Three days in , three calls to Fitbit, same issue , step count freezing, nothing else, just the steps. I have been reading threads and it seems a common issue after an update was done. So if Fitbit knows about this problem, where is the fix or a recall? I bought a new Charge 3 for nothing, just to have the same darn issue.
