Is mine broken? It records steps on my bike, in the car, on an airplane and on my boat. Totally not accurate at all. I have a charge hr.

It will count false steps when the ride is bumpy. I can see it counting on 3 of them but the Airplane I dont understand

 

Try a Restart and see if it gets any better.Do it at least 3 times.

Didn’t work, none of the rides were bumpy at all, not even the boat ride.

Reset didn’t work. None of the rides were bumpy enough to record steps, maybe only the bike. It records if you are moving at all, not just walking.

The boat ride was dead calm. I don’t have a huge boat just small one. There were no waves or other boats around. Its not the bumps, maybe in car or on a bike. How about the plane, totally smooth ride.
