I recently purchased a Charge 3 to replace my ChargeHR. My husband would like to use the HR but each time I try to sync it to get correct time etc it syncs with the Charge 3 and shows all my recorded steps etc. I have tried deleting the HR and reinstalled it but nothing helps! Any ideas please!

It's not clear what you are trying to sync what what.
Are you using separate phone and accounts for each tracker?
I see from your other nearly duplicate post you are trying to use the same phone for both trackers - is that correct? Do you at least have separate accounts for each user?

If you have them both on the same phone, you will have to keep logging out of one account and into the other each time. It is doable but awkward.
