I've reached out on multiple occasions because my Charge 3 wont get texts after the Apple update. The best answer I've gotten is "we are working on it".
Does anyone else have a work around? It seems like Fitbit doesn't really care.

Have you tried the workarounds linked in the Red Banner above your post?

I just spent an hour in chat with them this morning and got the same non-helpful answer. I have been without this function for months and with no fix in sight, I’m pretty much done with Fitbit. The answer they are giving is unacceptable and not at all helpful. I have tried all of their “ideas and fixes” and none work, not to mention that my alarm will randomly stop working. I get up extremely early for work and like the idea of a silent alarm, but now have to have a backup alarm set at all times because who knows when my silent one will fail. Major fail, Fitbit!

One more thing to add....if I get one more email trying to sell me a new fitbit I might scream. At this point isn't it false advertising that you'll receive text notifications when you are fully aware that's not the case.
FitBit - please hear us and do better!!!!
