Charge 3 display corrupted

The display screen on my Fitbit Charge 3 is now grey with vertical stripes. I have tried a 'long restart' as recommended elsewhere on this forum but that has not resolved the issue. What else can I do to try to fix this issue?

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker's display is corrupted, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you followed the instructions provided there.
