I have a Charge 3 and my husband a Charge 2.  He received an email with his year in review for 2019 and it was impressive.  I did not get an email.  Where can I find this information in the app?

I also have not received my heat in review and have gotten it every year along with weekly summaries. The option is turned on but I am wondering why I didn’t get my year in review this year. Really wanted to compare to last year.

In the now four years I’ve had a FitBit I have never once received the annual stars, despite my repeated emails to support asking for them! 😡
