@SteveJM welcome to the forums! That's a great question and I'll be happy to answer that! If you press and hold your Charge HR's button until it vibrates you will have a little stopwatch icon and voilá! You're all set.
To exit the stopwatch mode just follow the same process.

My problem is that I can't turn off my stop watch...it has been vibrating off and on for 4 hours now. I cannot get it to stop and I can't use my regular screen.
