The strap on my Charge HR is broken. will you replace it and How much $$ if any?? Thank you

I'm having the same issue.  Mine is pulling away from the display and is shorting out.

I'm sorry to hear about your broken wristbands. @smileman I noticed that you contacted Customer Support. I'm pretty sure they will do their best to provide assistance. If after evaluating your case, they consider that you are a valid candidate for a replacement, it will be out of charge.
