My Charge 4 had been working perfectly. All of a sudden, I had a blank screen even though the battery should have had enough power to last several more days. I tried to charge the battery. When I connect it to the charger, I get one small vibrate, but that is it. It has a compleatly blank screen, does not charge, the side button is unresponsive, it will not sync to my phone. Nothing except that single short vibrate as soon as I plug it in.
I have tried to clean contacts, change usb chargers, nothing works.
I called fitbit, they told me the battery was dead. I don't see how, since it was working fine right before it stopped.
Please help.
