has anyone else had any issue with support not responding to my email? I received an email over two weeks ago from support stating that my Fitbit had an issue, so I replied to their email over two weeks ago and have followed up again and no one is replying. 
ive spoken to the staff on chat however they can’t help me and say I need to speak with support.

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

I have spoken with customer support on the phone and chat and they keep telling me I have to reply to the email… which I have done and sent many follow up emails, but still no reply.  Very dissatisfied
