I've used my Charge 2 for years. It was working correctly until a week ago.
My GPS data only registers when I manually refresh and manually sync the tracker. Otherwise, the watch is continually searching for GPS.
I use a Samsung s10e. I've tried all the location and connectivity settings on the phone itself, the bluetooth settings, the fitbit settings (I think I tried them all). I've restarted the app, bluetooth, and the phone multiple times, but I can't get it to continually sync.
What am I doing wrong? Or what other information do you need?
