Fitbit app keeps logging me out

Can someone please tell me why....since I switched to an iPad, that Fitbit app keeps logging me out? Sometimes 2-3 times a day! This is so annoying. I was thinking up updating to a new Vista from my current charge 2, but if there are these kinda problems I think I will buy something done different. My charge 2 does not even give me notifications from messenger any more.

Sorry to hear that your Fitbit app is logging you out. This is odd. Is the app up to date? Do you have enough internal memory on your iPad? Please update your app if you haven't and restart your iPad. Regarding the notifications please try these suggestions.
