Hi, hopefully somebody can give me the answer.

I swim in an 9 m swimming pool with fast jets, I’m struggling to work out a) how to change the Fitbit  settings as its currently tuned into a 25meter pool or b) just work out what I’m actually swimming everyday.

I know in a 25m pool I’m averaging 1-2 miles in approx 30mins and I’ve taken out from that that I’m doing the same distance in my pool- but its readings when I’ve finished gives me sometimes over 99 lengths which i know wouldn’t have been in a 25 m. In fact i know I haven’t done in the 9 metre pool.

love the swimming mode very happy with it i would just like to get an accurate reading of what I’m achieving everyday

thanks in anticipation!

The charge does not have a swimming mode. Maybe you have a different model?

The Charge is not water proof. See this thread

While several units are water resistant. None are designed to be but put in a jet stream of water.
