My fitbit alta does not read my heartbeat and thus does not track my sleep, beginning 4 nights ago.

What should I do?

Hello @babyelephant do you have an Alta or Alta HR? I found your post in the Charge board and wondering which tracker we are asking about. 

Neither the Charge or Alta have the ability to record the heart rate. 

 

As for sleep. This should get recorded with or without heart rate.
