If I need to repair my device, where can I take it to?

Any service centres in Lagos?

I bought fitbit tracker, powered it , charged it and it was working.

The battery ran down and I charged it again, after the second charging it never came on again till date. 

It worked for only two days and packed up.

What could be the problem?

There is no repair on these devices. Have you tried a restart of the device?

 

The Charge was retired. Is your device a Charge 3?  Let us know so we may better assist you.
