My charge 3 twice ever recorded my sea swims.every other time it didn't record them at all. Today I was in the sea for 35 minutes as another fitbit swimmer informed me yet my charge 3 recorded absolutely nothing

Is it because ai switched at times between strokes ? Help.its the main reason I chose this fitbit from r swimming
