I have set 'sync all day' which this **ahem** Charge-3 does not nor does it sync when manually commanded to. It'll go 4 or 5 days without syncing in spite of 'all day sync' or my manual commands. I used to look at steps et al data every few hours to see where I'm at in my daily exercise goals but quit due to this charge 3's unreliability of syncing & displaying info. Then, like magic I open the FB App on my phone and to my surprise it's caught up all missed 4 to 5 days of data. The ONLY way I can reliably sync data is by deleting the Charge 3 from Bluetooth> deleting & reloading the App from my iPhone7 > then hope my phone finds the Charge 3 which has not always happened on the 1st 3 to 5 tries.
I know this Charge 3 is not working as designed because my phone (same) and old Charge 2 worked what seemed to be perfectly opposed to what's happening w/ this 3 month old Charge 3.
I have never got either Charge device wet other than sweat although instructions say the Charge 3 is ok to shower with.
Any help to correct these problems?

@Evans25912 Sorry for your syncing issues. I'm assuming you've restarted or tried a factory reset of the device?
If that didn't fix it, I'd recommend contacting Customer Support for further guidance. Best of luck!

Yep, Just tried syncing again & no data for 3 days in spite of 'all day sync' on. My phone and tablet tell me the battery life is 83%, I have the handhelds an inch away from the charge 3 & handhelds say they can't find the tracker.

Thx for your help 🙂 The soft reset worked, to a point. It will not sync on command but look 10 minutes later and data has been synced. At least it doesn't go for days on end w/o syncing.
