I'm unable to sync my Charge 2 to my phone after I did the firmware update. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi @Candice.T. Welcome to the Community Forums!

I've moved your post to the Charge 2 board so you can receive more related responses about this situation, and to keep our forums organized. Thanks for letting me know about the syncing issues with your Android device, and let's work on this together. There are some factors that may prevent your device from syncing, such as having the location services off or multiple Bluetooth connections nearby. That being said, please try the following steps:

  1. Verify the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  2. On your phone’s settings, tap Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Then, go back to the previous screen and tap force stop.
  4. Reboot your phone and restart your Charge 2.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and try syncing one more time.
