Since my iPhone updated I have not been able to sync my Charge 2. I have an old iPhone that hadn’t been updated and it syncs fine on that so assume there is a change preventing the Bluetooth connecting.
The fitbit is working fine and all other Bluetooth devices connect. Will Fitbit be issuing a patch to update

Hi, and welcome to the Community!
I assume the update you refer to is 13.4.1
If so, then there is a known issue that Fitbit are working on. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates and suggestions:

@NSW43 if your devices were just updated to 13.4.1 then check out the thread I link to in my previous post.
If not, then the usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:
If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Thanks for your reply and help, I have tried all of that and I do have the latest update on my iPhone, hopefully it will be resolved soon! 🙂
