Charge 2 not working

I recently decided to start using my charge 2 again to make sure i am active enough during the day

When i fully charged it the screen takes very slow to move and to respond It does not track my steps nor my heartrate. the sensors on the back flicker on for about half a second and then turn off for about 30 seconds. The only thing it does is sync with my phone but the app doesnt seem to pick up steps from the watch. Ive tried factory resetting it. Rebooting it and setting it up as a new device
