Charge 2 recording workouts incorrectly

My Fitbit has been really messing up workouts for the past week- it records walks etc, then I check back later in the day and they’ve disappeared.

 

It is also claiming I did a 48 hour workout on Wednesday, but when I click on it, the workout goes down to 23 hours. Obviously both are wrong but it’s just showing a bizarre record of my workouts!  

Can anyone help please?

@catherineallndr Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording your exercises correctly. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account? Do you have any third party apps linked to your account? Have you manually logged any activities recently? These two scenarios may log activities that will overwrite what your tracker has recorded so please make sure this isn't the case on your app. Also remove the 23 hour activity and see if after this you can see your previous activities again on your account.
