I have an Android phone One Plus 3T with the latest software update. It does not sync automatically with the Charge 2. Today I called the company and they tell me that it was not designed to be compatible with my phone.
The only way I get it to sync is by exiting the app and then signing in again. Stupid.

Hi @SamiD, it is great to see new members around! I appreciate you have taken the time to contact our Support team. As they mentioned, this phone model that you are using, the OnePlus3T is not on the compatible devices list, so I'm afraid that is normal that you'll experience connectivity issues. As a workaround, the tip that they gave you, might help you out with syncing, but also, I'd like you to review some other troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
