Charge 2 not syncing with account

How do you make Charge 2 your primary device if you have multiple devices one one account? All of a sudden my Alta HR is showing up first so my Charge 2 which is the device that I'm actually wearing isn't recording my HR. Help please !!!!

@Tina2019 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't syncing with your account. When was the last time your tracker synced with your account (you can tap the account icon at the top right corner then tap the Charge 2 icon to see this). It sounds as if your Charge 2 isn't syncing with it. If this is the case then please try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. Also if you aren't using your Alta HR then please remove it from your account.
