For some reason my charge 3 stopped syncing. It is also displaying the wrong time now. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions, and now my Bluetooth on my mobile won't even find it to pair with. Similar issue when I installed the app on my tablet, the Bluetooth did find the charge 3, it couldn't pair because of an incorrect pin or pass key. At the moment the device is useless as won't even give correct time and I've no idea what to try to resolve these problems?

Same happened overnight. I switched off tried ‘forget device’ in Bluetooth no good but then suddenly all came back to life after putting watch into charger (though it did not need charging).was ok for 8hts but now done it again and cannot sync with mobile and phone Bluetooth cannot find device!

Same issue for me on my charge 2!!
Impossible to synchronise!
I will try to put in charge as recommended
