Syncing Charge 2 with laptop

I Appologise, if someone has already asked this question, I've not seen it listed on the Dashboard Issues.......

On Monday, last week my mobile had a dunking accident with a toilet thanks to a 4yr old, while I was changing the nappy of the baby sibling,while I was childminding, (Long story short) its been in a bowl of rice for 4days, then rebooted at the repair shop on Saturday, came home only to have more intermittent issues, and then repair shop today, then I'll be collecting it on Thursday, 

Anyway My Question is: without my phone, how can I sync my Fitbit charge 3 to my laptop, (I'm trying to do everything I do on my phone on my laptop for the past week, so trying to check messages, emails, Log my food and exercise......) but my Fitbit charge 3 will not sync to my laptop, not sure if there is a way??? I'm not sure if I have missed something??? but I cant find anywhere on the dashboard on my laptop where I can Sync my Fitbit

Any Idea's anyone???

For more information about syncing your Charge 2 with a laptop computer, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your computer that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know if the issue persists.

Hi RicardoFitbit, 

I have a Charge 3 That will not Sync to my Android Phone A51, I've noticed this month that it has been losing time, and last sync'd on 3/9/21, 
I've tried to Reboot my Charge 3 holding the button in for 8seconds, until I get a smiley face, but I don't get a Smiley Face I get a Flat line, which is worrying, then it reboots and comes back on but still with wrong date and time, I've followed the troubleshooting advice online, turning Bluetooth off and on, to delete device from app, and find it again and add as if its a new device, but still it will not sync to my phone, I've deleted the app and re-installed  the app to get the most update version, ( as of today 17/9/21) but Still no Joy, although when Bluetooth is on my charge 3 is listed, but when I go though my app  to add my charge 3 as new device, my phone can find my charge 3, but it just wont connect even though, both my phone and charge 3 both have fully charged batteries and I had them both plugged in while I tried to Sync
I'm at a loss as what to do now, other than throw Charge 3 out the window and give up!!!!!

Any Advice welcome
