Ostensibly, my Charge 4 isn't syncing with my phone. The app indicates that my Charge 4 last synced 7 days ago and I have no data for the interceding days. However, the app is showing current device-accurate data for steps, active hours, distance and calories. It has no data on anything else (e.g. zone minutes, batter level, etc.). The app does appear to still be pushing app setting updates (e.g. I changed default units in the weather app from fahrenheit to celsius) and I was actually able to update the clock face. From a phone perspective, the Charge 4 sometimes shows up in my nearby Bluetooth device list but doesn't seem to be pairing. I've tried force stops on the Fitbit and Bluetooth apps, I've cleared caches, I've rebooted my Charge 4... I'm at my wit's end. Please help.

Hi there @Dhhutt. Welcome to Community Forums.
Thank you for the troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you verify you have the latest update of the Fitbit Firmware and the OS of your mobile device. Then you can unpair your device from bluetooth and then pair it again, check this article.
Also you can try to restart your device by following these instructions.
Hope this helps.
