Hello Fitbit support, I really hope that the Fitbit developers and coding engineers are diligently working on the software patch and / or fix for the syncing issues affecting hundreds if not thousands of Fitbit users that can no longer use their tracking device.

Hi there @Faccmil, it's good to have you in the Community.
I appreciate you shared your experience. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then restart your device.
Then unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.
