Inaccurate Sleep Calculation Charge 4

I get inaccurate sleep scores. The timeline is all dark, and time asleep is completely wrong. I have reset the Fitbit twice with no results. Help please.

Thank you for the information and feedback. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then restart your device.
