Syncing and connectivity issues

Synced once on the first day I had it (Saturday) and won’t sync again - have restarted, deleted the app, Bluetooth on/off and followed all other recommendations online. Now won’t recognise the charge at all or pair up

After all day sync issues, I finally restarted, unpaired, re-paired the charge 3; then uninstalled and reinstalled the app (this is the 2nd or 3rd since yesterday btw) .So far, it had synced without any issues for the past several hours.  Hope tomorrow it's still good!  I don't want to have to return it because I do like it!

I shouldn't need to do this ridiculous process. Shouldn't I just be able to wear the watch and be able to sync it without the hassle?

I've got no connection.  Had to do the whole un pair and repair and uninstall nand reinstall.  Fitbit needs to get these issues fix ASAP or else there will be lots of Fitbit being returned and this will eventually make the news.

Hi is there an update on this at all? 

 

Now the device is pretty much unusable as I can’t connect it to the app at all. Do I need to return it to the shop? It seems as if this is a bug - as lots of people are reporting the same problem, really disappointing....

I'm having the exact same issues...  Now my app is just saying "no device found" and not even trying to sync anymore

My Fitbit 3 quit charging back in August. I've looked at new devices, and I love the products that Fitbit produces. But I continue to read about the same **ahem** problems, and the help is woeful. I am sad that it might be time to move on to something else.

Same issues, worked fine until a couple of weeks ago, then would only sync if I reset it. Was told by support it was because I was paired with a Lenovo tablet, so bought iPhone 7, worked for a few days, then again would only sync with a reset. Now iPhone won't even connect to the device. Was thinking of upgrading to fitbit 4, not sure now.
