Syncing difficulties with Charge 2 - Unable to set the clock

I can't get my Charge 2 to sync or set the clock .

Hello! Welcome to our Community Forums @Jim8041, I'm happy to help you out with your concern. It's nice to see you here participating in our Ionic board @SteveH.

 

@Jim8041 I'd like to share with you that you're unable to set the clock of your device because it's not synchronizing the information to your account. Therefore, since you're experiencing some syncing issues, I recommend you to try the following steps which are slightly similar than the ones provided by @SteveH, please try the following:

 

  1. Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  3. Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
  4. Restart your Fitbit
  5. Try syncing with a different mobile device or computer
