Carol B. I read the instructions when I got the watch. I clean the watch, wore it looser. I have two red marks and one is a lump now.
Thank you for your advise but I've worn plenty of watches and never experienced this before.

I have been getting a red mark/ lump on my wrist from my charge 2.
The original strap broke (only had watch for 6 months) so I replaced it with another strap and I now have another red mark where the watch part is now held by the new strap.
Not only did it break and nearly got lost it seems to be "burning" my arm.
I take it off each day when showering and its cleaned regularly.

I have suffered with exactly the same problem and it is caused by a reaction to the metal backing.
The solution is simple. Place a small piece of micropor plaster over the metal casing just avoiding the charging contacts. The plaster has no effect on the workings of the Charger and it will stop the irritation.
