Hi
Is there a compatibility issue with the charge 2 and the samsung s20? I am having issues in not being able to sync data.
If this is a problem is there a fitbit device that is compatible? Im due a new watch really! 😜

You should not experience syncing issues with your phone, therefore, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Thank you so much for replying. I changed some settings on my phone to allow fitbit app to always run in the background and not turn off to save battery and that seemed to work! 😀
