So i have a white exclamation mark stuck on fitbit charge 2?
When i try to put the fitbit on charge this mark comes up and it wont charge. If i try anything this mark still appears
Ive uninstalled the app several times on my phone and disconnected my fitbit from phone and nothing seems to be working
This has happened once since ive had the device, and the last time it required an update to the app on my phone, however this time the app is fully up to date and nothing seems to work
I woke up to put my fitbit on charge as the battery icon was flashing at me, and then this is where my issues started and i cant even reset it as the mark is stopping me from doing so...
Any help would be great, Thanks
