Syncing difficulties

When will tete be a new update so my fitbit works again as it should. It always says that there is no connection. So there is no synchronisation when I go for a walk or whatever I do. 

I am so not amused by this! I'd like to have yhe whoke thing working as it did before!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to sync your Charge 2? When was the first time you experienced such difficulties and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Hi
This morning, hurray hurray, all of a sudden the sync ran. Than, for about
400 steps everything worked as it should. And that was that. Since than,
the app mention that it is sunchronising, but nothing happens.
My phone is a Samsung GalaxyJ5, modelnr. SM-J530F.
I was so happy this morning, but now I am even more disappointed.
Is there in Belgium not a place, a shop where I can go to, so they can
check the whole thing? I am really not good in all these things and english
is not my language, dutch is. So it is even more difficult.
I got the ace2 as a gift from one of my children and she spend a lot of her
money on it. In the beginning everything went smoothly, but now, since
several weeks it really sucks!

It still doesn't work!! Yesterday everything was ok for a while but then ... nothing.

My watch (charge2) works as it should, it is the synchronisation that fails. I already tried everything that is mentioned in the manuals ... 

Please, can you fix this? Otherwise, there is no use in usibg my charge anymore!

toevallig las ik jouw bericht. Ik heb hier ook last van gehad en het zo opgelost:

- de Fitbit (Charge2) verwijderen uit je apparaten in de applicatie

- de Fitbit in de oplader gedaan en gereset (zijknoo ingedrukt houden totdat je het logo krijgt) 

- de Fitbit opnieuw gesynchroniseerd met de app

 

Toen deed hij het weer. Hoop dat het inmiddels ook bij jou werkt of zo weer gaat werken.

Hallo, dank je voor je reactie.
Ondertussen was het probleem opgelost geraakt. Soms vindt hij nig altijd
geen apparaat maar dan zet ik mijn gsm volledig uit, start weer op en dan
is het weer in orde.
Wel goed, want werd het toen stilaan beu.
