Syncing issues-Charge 3

Hi,

 

My charge 3 is not syncing. I have reinstalled the app. Restarted the tracker and unpaired the blue tooth. 

I am still having the syncing issues where the device is not pairing.

It's quite an old one but still works fine

 

 

Any advice.
