My Charge 2 has had syncing issues for a few weeks.  Now when I try to refresh it on my phone, it says "No Device Found".  Suggestions?

I'm not glad that anyone is having problems but I am glad to hear I'm not the only one. I have a Samsung Note 8 with Verizon and on Spectrum Internet. Having the same problems "No Device Found" Neither could help me--it's always the other persons fault. Got a new modem. Got a new router (not Spectrum). Got a new router (Spectrum). Verizon wanted to do a factory reset. Told them no and they did it anyway. Some days it works great. Most days I either have to reset my router or my Charge 2. Other days I have to reset both and a lot of days I have to reset both several times during the day. I've had my Charge 2 since they came out and my phone since 5/18 and no problems until a few months ago. Why all of a sudden is my Charge 2 and my phone are not compatible. I hope someone finds an answer. I like my Fitbit and I like my phone so don't want to change either.

Same issue here. Fitbit won't stay connected to iPhone bluetooth connection. It's not tracking my exercise.

Lost my "device" this morning.  Turned the Bluetooth off and back on and - voila - I'm back in business!  Sigh.  As long as that keeps working, I'll keep going.  Wish we could get this resolved!  Has anyone tried connecting with someone at Fitbit?

I started having problems in August after their last update, and on and off
since then.

This issue is still occurring. Forgive me for (perhaps) a stupid question...but is there a solution hiding somewhere on the FitBit site?

My FitBit has been sporadic tracking exercise and the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping.

When this first started happening, I looked at the website for answers.  I thought there used to be a "chat" option, but couldn't find it.  Just the troubleshooting section, where I learned about turning the Bluetooth connection off and in.  It seems to work, but it's not a permanent fix....Has anyone actually connected with the Fitbit people?  Wouldn't you think they'd have someone monitor the Community for issues like this?

I talked to them when it first started happening and basically was told
there was nothing they could do as my phone was not supported. All the
Samsung Galaxy 8 phones are supported but not the 8 Note. Was told maybe it
would get added. Said it was strange it had worked perfectly for over a
year and now all of a sudden it doesn't. and also why would they go back
and add the 8 Note when the 10 Note was available and the 10 Note was on
the supported list. Their attitude was that's your problem, not ours. My
attitude was it's cheaper for me to get a new tracker than a new phone even
though I really like the Fitbit.

Very rarely but sometimes it will start to sync. The only ways I have found
to fix this is I restart my router and modem. Sometimes this works. If it
doesn't I have to reset the Fitbit. That will work most of the time but be
warned, resetting the Fitbit eats your battery.
