My Charge 2 has had syncing issues for a few weeks. Now when I try to refresh it on my phone, it says "No Device Found". Suggestions?
So far, so good! Still syncing!
Best AnswerI'm not glad that anyone is having problems but I am glad to hear I'm not the only one. I have a Samsung Note 8 with Verizon and on Spectrum Internet. Having the same problems "No Device Found" Neither could help me--it's always the other persons fault. Got a new modem. Got a new router (not Spectrum). Got a new router (Spectrum). Verizon wanted to do a factory reset. Told them no and they did it anyway. Some days it works great. Most days I either have to reset my router or my Charge 2. Other days I have to reset both and a lot of days I have to reset both several times during the day. I've had my Charge 2 since they came out and my phone since 5/18 and no problems until a few months ago. Why all of a sudden is my Charge 2 and my phone are not compatible. I hope someone finds an answer. I like my Fitbit and I like my phone so don't want to change either.
Best AnswerLost my "device" this morning. Turned the Bluetooth off and back on and - voila - I'm back in business! Sigh. As long as that keeps working, I'll keep going. Wish we could get this resolved! Has anyone tried connecting with someone at Fitbit?

Best AnswerThis issue is still occurring. Forgive me for (perhaps) a stupid question...but is there a solution hiding somewhere on the FitBit site?
My FitBit has been sporadic tracking exercise and the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping.
When this first started happening, I looked at the website for answers. I thought there used to be a "chat" option, but couldn't find it. Just the troubleshooting section, where I learned about turning the Bluetooth connection off and in. It seems to work, but it's not a permanent fix....Has anyone actually connected with the Fitbit people? Wouldn't you think they'd have someone monitor the Community for issues like this?
