My charge 2 does not like 2019. It is telling the time an hour wrong - 11.52 instead of 12.52. How can I cure/adjust it?

SORTED!! I went into settings and discovered that I was on GMT Casablanca. Changed to GMT London (I am in UK) and am on correct time. Why? Unfathomable.

It should correct itself when you sync it.

It should, but it has synced a few times today and is still an hour behind real time.

My Fitbit Charge 2 synced correctly yesterday (12/31) around 12 pm; and sometime after midnight switched the date (to September 26) and moved the time forward by about 90 minutes.  I tried syncing, and it said that it synced, but there's nothing for today on the dashboard.  I have no idea what happened or what to do.
