Had my Charge 2 for almost a year (March '18) and this morning, after charging it all night (it had died completely, not a first for me), it reset to the setup screen. Weird and annoying, but I was able to sync it back to phone and get it "setup." After about 3 hours of wearing it and fiddling with the settings, it reset again to the Setup screen.
Help? What can I do to get it to stop doing this? I have a protection plan, can that help in anyway?

@ERBrennan Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your tracker is resetting. This is really odd. Try cleaning the contacts with cotton and rubbing alcohol. After this please restart it and see how it behaves.

It hasn't done the reset thing since yesterday and has been going strong since, so I guess it was just a weird one time fluke? But thanks for the suggestion!
