Very disappointing that my Charge 2 no longer gives me text message notifications and Fitbit does/can't do anything about it.
New phone
Expensive device
Now junk?

Sounds like you have an Apple phone that recently updated. Fitbit is aware of the text notification problem caused by Apple and are working on a solution.

That’s what I’ve been hearing over a year now. Looking into it. Maybe time to junk the Fitbit.

You haven't been hearing this problem for over a year now as the update in question just came out very recently.

Mine is the same I only got the fit bit for my birthday at the end of September not long after that it stopped.
considering asking for a refund as it’s not working as it should be cannot believe they still have sorted it....absolute joke!
my friend has the AltaHR and hers is fine so why is it not affecting all?

@SunsetRunner, lots of android users have been having problems for a long time.

It’s been at least one year that my Charge 2 hasn’t synced with my text messages.

By the time Fitbit figures it out, Apple will be releasing the iOS 14. I have very little faith that this problem will be resolved. After months and months of waiting, more and more users are switching to Apple watches.
