Recently I have been unable to get my Fitbit to display the correct time. It's 8 hours behind. When I checked the location under Advance Settings is says Los Angeles although I am in London.  My iPhone displays the correct time, my location on the iPhone is London but for some reason the fitly app thinks I am in Los Angeles. I have tried manually setting it to London but it changes back to Los Angeles.  I have tried deleting app and reinstalling but same thing happened.  HELP please - need a fix ....

Both of you, try this.  Go to Fitbit.com Dashboard and click on Gear Icon at upper right and then Settings.  Set Time Zone manually and scroll down to click on Submit and then sync your tracker.

Hi Graham,

I'm having the same problem.  I've tried everything to fix it and so far no luck.  Unfortunately, Fitbit's customer service is not the best.  Hope one of us figures it out soon.  I've travelled extensively and this is the first time this has happened.

Thanks! I finally got hold of customer support and they walked me through it.

Thank you SO much. This was driving me nuts as I was trying to change

it in the app, and I could see it going back to the default (not my time zone).
