My Fitbit was working perfectly fine then on Tuesday black lines developed on the top of the screen, I charged the watch as normal and then Wednesday it randomly buzzed and switched from the clock screen to the settings screen continuously without anything touching the screen. Over the day the battery dropped rapidly and died overnight but then while "dead" in the middle of the night the watch continuously buzzed every minute or so but the screen was off and device was completely unresponsive. I have since restarted the device and let it fully charge to find that the red light at the back was continuously on and now the battery has drained again completely overnight and the light has intermittent periods of staying on continuously. I have tried numerous restarts and even cleared all data but I don't know what more I can do to try and fix it. Hope someone has some recommendations thanks x
