How can I get my Fitbit to synchronize the correct time and date?

@Lgsnyder Go into your Fitbit App.
Tap the account icon square on the top right.
Scroll down and tap on advanced settings.
Turn off automatic time zone if it's on.
Tap on select time zone and scroll down to your correct zone and select.
Step back and resync.
Once you have successfully re-synced your Charge 2 should now be displaying the correct time.
You should them be able to select automatic time zone again now in your settings if you want to.
