My Fitbit charge 2 has suddenly stopped tracking any exercise in the tile. All steps everything else updating but nothing in excercise since Sunday . Have tried logging out etc my daughter is having the same issue any advice

Hey @TJCK, welcome aboard! Thanks for trying some tips to make your exercise appear on the exercise tile. Besides that, could you please force quit the Fitbit app, then restart your Charge 2 and then sync it? Also, I'd like you to log into your Fitbit account on your computer, and let me know if the activity appears there.

Same problem here, everything else is tracked but does not show in the exercise tile. How do you force quit the app?I have restarted my Fitbit and that has not solve the problem.

Mine is back on but my daughters isn’t . I logged out numerous times as didn’t know how to force a quit . Then I pushed the button on my charge 2 as I was going to do a run started and stopped it that registered on my excercise track and today’s excercise has logged in fine . Hope this helps .
