My time is wrong on Charger 3. About 5 minutes too slow. Can I reset it.

Hello @Errington, welcome to the community forums!
The time on your Charge 3 should correct itself after syncing. If the inconvenience persists, make sure it is syncing properly and that the time zone setting is correct. For more information, I'd recommend taking a look at this article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
On a side note, in case your Charge 3 has a Firmware pending update, I suggest you to follow and complete the instructions provided here.
