Tracker not syncing, this happened 3weeks ago and is doing it again. A message showed that fitbit was aware of the problem but nothing has been fixed. Why is this continuing to happen?

My husband is having the same issue. I will be watching to see if anyone has any idea what to do.

The last sync my Fitbit is showing is June 30th. I just got a new iPhone this week and it will not sync. Tried resetting the Bluetooth and restarting the phone. Tracker is tracking on the Fitbit, but not syncing with my phone. After reading other comments earlier this spring it sounds like a common issue. Come on Fitbit! These are not cheap and should be working with new phones 😞
