My charge 2 stops my workout. I will specifically select my workout on my charge 2 and it starts going. It works for about a minute or 2 and then the screen just goes right back to home. I have reset it and it didnt fix the problem

Seems odd that your Charge 2 stops your exercise spontaneously, this is not a common situation nor the way it was designed. To better assist you, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Also, this is occurring with a specific exercise or with all of them? Thank you for restarting your device prior to posting, I also recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I track exercise and activity with my Fitbit device? to learn more about how to track your exercises. Please give it a try to our SmartTrack feature to auto-recognize the exercise and see if the same situation occur.

This is certainly not a common situation, I haven't received reports of something similar. Please take in consideration the details that were shared in my previous post and let me know how it goes. Try with another exercise even though you do not perform such activity just to test if this is occurring only with Walking and Bike exercises.

This has just started happening to my Charge 2. I have also reset it with no improvement.
I realize that this post is a year old, but were you able to fix the issue?
