Dear All

 

Please can someone answer this question ?

 

A friend of mine has downloaded the fit bit app on her mobile.

But ... it is not tracking her steps.

Do you have to have a fit bit watch to do this or can the app do this on its own on a mobile ?

Hi @emmamarcia . You are correct - the Fitbit app by itself will not track steps or other activity. If her phone is one of the Supported Devices, she can download Mobile Track, which will track steps and sync with the Fitbit app.
