My mom gave me her old Fitbit charge 2 this weekend, and I’m having trouble setting it up. It still has her old settings on it, and it won’t let me reset it to sync it to the app. It’s turned on and everything, but the app can’t find it.
What do I need to do to fix it?
Hello @phole and welcome to the Community. Does your mom still have an active Fitbit account? Did she remove the Charge 2 from her account? I'm tossing out ideas. This isn't a sure fire answer.
