Hi so I bought this yesterday second hand. Charged it for 2 hours linked it up to the app. The steps are recording fine. Set up my sleep times it’s told me I’ve slept13 hours! I haven’t I’ve slept about 6! Also I’ve woken up with the battery needing to be charged. Shouldn’t it last a few days? Feeling frustrated

To edit the sleep has now worked. Maybe it takes a while to sync when you wake up?   Still worried about my battery life. I’ve turned off all notifications and the sync all day is now off. Hoping that makes a difference

The Charge HR should last 4-5 days per charge. I've had a couple and that is what I saw most of the time. Though my experience is the battery is only good for about 18 months, then it dies. I hope your problem isn't that the used Fitbit has a battery that is almost at the end if its life.
